Returns

 

We may offer a return at our discretion perfumes for good reason only. Perfumes must still be sealed unopened and unused. In the event of the perfumes returned opened or used a refund will not be given and the perfumes will be sent back. If you bought a mystery bundle the whole of the package needs to be returned to get a refund we don’t accept part return.

Perfume checks are carried out on all returned items, so it is important that they are returned to us in good condition and with all tags still attached. If they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy they will not be accepted for a refund and re-delivery of the refused return will be at the customer's expense.
